All appointments are 30 minutes for one treatment area. Please request a longer appointment if you feel you may need more time.

Your physiotherapist will assess you by taking a thorough history and then perform a comprehensive examination of posture, movements, and specific muscle, joint, ligament and nerve tests as necessary.
Your treatment may include:
• Soft Tissues techniques - such as massage.
• Joint mobilization or manipulation.
• Education and advice.
• Protection - using taping, splinting, braces.
• Exercise prescription involving stretching and strengthening programs.

• Doctor’s referral, if required (see above).
• Reports from X-Rays, MRIs, ultrasounds or other investigations.
• Post operative protocols from your specialist, if applicable.
• Your private health card or Medicare card, if applicable.
• Appropriate clothing.

Loose light clothing that allows access to the area of your body that requires treatment.

Generally no, but some patients may be eligible for up to 5 Medicare appointments a calendar year at the discretion of their GP. An appropriate referral must be provided prior to treatment.

If you have Extras cover you will generally have some rebate for physiotherapy, but it is best to check with your fund. We provide HICAPS transactions for eligible patients, so if you are covered you will pay only the gap.

Yes. Once you have your GP’s referral, book your initial appointment with us and we will sort out the necessary paperwork with you. Your treatments will be invoiced directly to your SIRA insurer.

Yes. Please obtain and referral from your GP and book your initial appointment with us. Your appointments will be charged directly to DVA.

No, unfortunately there is no discount available.

Yes, but you will require a GP’s referral. We can fit fiberglass (waterproof) casts to arms, wrists, ankles and legs.

Yes, we have a range of moonboots, crutches, and other items for hire. We also stock a wide range of treatment products, such as braces, heat/cold packs, exercise band and balls, etc.

We offer dry needling treatments only. Please request when you book your appointment.
